From a young age Nicholas realised that in order to achieve something, you're going to have to work for it. Nicholas has always tried to approach each goal that he wanted to achieve as a challenge that he was going to succeed at.
Nicholas has never been one who's attempted to fit in rather one who is happy to be different. One of his idols (Arnold Schwarzenegger) has 6 rules to success. The last of these rules is give something back. Helping someone will give you more satisfaction than any award or accolade. This is why Nicholas chose to do what he does each day. Nicholas says ''I don't get out of bed each day for the money, I do it because I want to help people using the training and education that I am blessed to have''. Knowing each day that his input can help someone achieve their financial goals is his greatest motivation.
Nicholas focuses on overall strategic advice for his clients with an emphasis on reducing the financial complexity of their personal affairs. Nicholas graduated from Curtin University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Financial Planning. Nicholas continued his studies by completing his Certified Financial Planner® certification (CFP®) in 2016 along with the Specialist Superannuation Adviser™ (SSA™) in 2017. Nicholas is a registered tax financial adviser and a member of the Financial Planning Association and the Self-Managed Super Fund Association.
Financial Adviser
After graduating from the University of Manchester with a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Science, Lewis turned down the opportunity of an accountancy career in the City of London to instead try his luck on the sunny shores of Western Australia. The gamble paid off, and Lewis has enjoyed a great start to his financial services career, completing an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and quickly progressing from a Planner Assistant role with BT Financial Group to his current capacity of Financial Adviser with PMM.
Lewis is a strong believer in holistic, strategic financial advice, and is passionate about helping clients to see the bigger picture and think long term, educating and empowering them as well as advising them. He has a particular interest in portfolio construction and management and is well read and researched in this area.
Outside the office Lewis is an eager (but very amateur) squash player and an avid soccer fan, and loves to spend time with his two French Bulldogs.
Associate Financial Adviser

He is of the belief that providing professional advice underpins the proper determining of financial goals and the subsequent blueprint to realise said goals, and so he is committed to an ongoing journey to financial mastery.
For him, financial planning provides him the opportunity to live his life in alignment with his values, where he can make a meaningful difference in people's lives by providing the knowledge and expertise to determine what and how people want to proposer and secure their family's financial position.

Associate Financial Adviser
Graduating from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance and currently completing a further Law Degree (LLB), with a keen interest in International finance and the Asian markets, Joshua completed his Diploma in Financial Planning towards the end of his degree to pursue his career in Financial Planning. In addition, he has also completed his SMSF advice accreditation.
Joshua’s interest in international markets stems from his travels around Asia, where he spent 3 years prior to beginning university (he calls this his ‘gap year’) travelling and studying Mandarin Chinese. Something of a polyglot, in addition to Mandarin Joshua speaks some German and continues to study both to improve his skills. In the future he would like to be able to use his broad appreciation of international affairs and linguistic skills to provide advice to international residents of Australia, with a full appreciation of the challenges of being an expat.
Beginning his graduate career in the commercial and retail finance industry, Joshua was passionate about moving into a full scope advisory position where he could entail all aspects of Financial Planning and work to improve the position of individuals, families and businesses. Joshua began his journey with PMM as a Client Service Officer, learning all of the back office procedures, systems and crucial skills that would lead into his Associate Adviser journey.
In his spare time Joshua enjoys camping and hiking; ever the explorer, he will pick a spot well off the grid and find his way there, enjoying all that the great Australian outdoors has to offer.
